By registering and attending this course, I am fully aware that participation in this course/seminar may require the handling, carry, and use of tactical defensive weapons or firerams, as well as the discharge of firearms by myself and/or other students and instructors. Further, I realize by improper or unsafe conduct, with respect to the use of these tactical defensive weapons or firearms may result in property damage, serious physical injury, or death, to my fellow students, instructors, third parties, or even myself. These are some of the risk that I am aware of and assume in order to participate in this course/seminar.
Therefore, I herby assume complete and sole responsibility for my personal actions including, but not limited to any civil, tortuous, or criminal charges that may arise from my conduct during this course/seminar, due to accidental, negligent, or willful action of any other student or myself and I will hold that person soley responsible for their action/actions. I will not hold Precision Training and Tactics Incorporated, or any of its affiliates, ranges and/or range owners, assistants, or personnel responsible for or liable for any injuries or damages caused by any student or myself.
I also agree that the training I receive will be used for only lawful means, in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Failure to do so may result in criminal action or actions against me. If I have any questions regarding this statement or do not fully understand the terms, I will not hesitate to ask for clarification. I understand that it is my safety at stake and all questions are important.
I also understand that there may be weather related incidents that are beyond the control of Precision Training and Tactics Incorporated and that courses may have to be rescheduled due to snow, rain, hail, high winds, etc and that this cancellation does not permit me to request a refund for the course that I registered for.
